FITNESS AND HEALTH
Each Yoga Rhythm course/workshop/retreat ‘member’ agrees to familiarise themselves with what courses/workshops & retreats involve prior to assessing whether they are fit to participate. Participants should refer to the Website or speak to a member of staff for further information.
Yoga Rhythm staff may not be medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether the member or any guest is in good physical condition and/or that the member can engage in any exercise without detriment to the member’s health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Please however notify your teacher of any health issues prior to the start of the class.
Participants are advised not to undertake physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. By taking part in workshops and trainings held by Yoga Rhythm persons agree that they know of no medical or other condition why they should not be capable in participating in the excercises offered by Yoga Rhythm, and that these would not be detrimental to the client’s health, safety or physical condition.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
Members shall not partake in Yoga Rhythm courses if they are suffering from: Cardiac irregularities, any infectious or contagious illness, disease or other ailment where there is a risk, however small, that such ailment may be detrimental to the health safety, comfort or physical condition of the other members. If there is any doubt, the member should consult their doctor. Members must notify Charli Sparks or the leading course provider of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through taking part in the course/workshop or retreat. Every participant is required to follow the instructions of the teacher at all times.
ENTRY TO THE COURSES
Yoga Rhythm reserves the right to refuse admission to their courses to any student at any time without giving a reason.
Students who join later than the scheduled start time of a course may be allowed to enter the course, but this is entirely at the discretion of the course facilitator but the facilitator may refuse in order to preserve the group dynamic if he/she feels this is the appropriate for the groups needs.
Neither Yoga Rhythm, nor its employees or agents shall be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring upon Yoga Rhythm’s courses as a result of the use of the facilities, teachings and/or equipment provided by Yoga Rhythm, except to the extent that such death, personal injury or illness arises from any negligent act or omission of Yoga Rhythm or its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND SAFETY
Neither Yoga Rhythm, nor its employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property brought onto or left outside the course/ workshop / retreat premises. For security reasons members may take personal belongings and valuables into the studios/venue.
PACKAGES & OFFERS
All packages and offers by Yoga Rhythm expire one calendar year after purchase, regardless of whether there are purchase amounts remaining. Vouchers and offers in physical or digital form remain the property of Yoga Rhythm at all times and do not guarantee you use of a course / workshop / retreat.
BOOKING & REFUND POLICY
Pre-booked services must be paid for in advance. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation you will receive a full refund less the deposit up until the time stated on each cancelation policy for each course specific. Once past the specific date no monies can be refunded. Although some cancellation policies may be flexible and will allow you to receive a credit for Yoga Rhythm services, products, courses, retreats or training to the full amount paid minus the deposit. Please check individual trainings, courses, workshops and retreats for their individual cancellation policy as policies may vary. Policies will be found on your booking form. There is no refund if you leave the training/ course / workshop early for any reason.
ABOUT USING OUR SITE
You agree to use our site in accordance with these terms and conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone's use of the site. If you don't comply with these terms, we may deny you access to our site.
If you wish to make a booking, you should follow the instructions for making a booking that appear on the site. Any booking will be subject to your agreement to further terms and conditions in respect of that booking. We will notify you of the relevant terms and conditions which you will have to accept to complete your booking. You may download and print content from our site only for your private, personal and non-commercial use. We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading is free from infection, viruses, trojans and or other contaminating codes. You agree to use the enquiry and booking forms on our site to make only genuine enquiries or bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.
You will not use the site to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.
