Arm Balances - Part 1 Masterclass Workshop for Teachers & Advanced Students with Charli

Last saturday of every month Charli will be running 3hr workshops followed by a 'pot' luck lunch!
These workshops are suitable for all but in particular a fantastic opportunity for Yoga Teachers wanting to find fresh inspiration for their own classes and gain confidence teaching the more challenging postures.
Learn great techniques on how to progress students safely and learn how to push those boundaries.
Part 1 includes learning how to practice and achieve (with time) the following asanas;
- Crow (Bakasana) & Variations of e.g Sideways Crow, Lotus Crow,
- Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
- Peacock Pose (Mayurasana)
- Feathered Peacock (Pincha Mayurasana)
- Scorpion (Vrschikasana)
- Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
Female Fertility Yoga Rhythm Workshop with Charli & Crissy : Saturday 12th November 1-5pm (£48 p.p)

This workshop involves Yoga Postures (Asanas) & Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) that nourish reproductive organs, calm the nervous system, relax the mind, release tension, increase intimacy, bring any hormonal imbalance back into balance and release any energy blockages.
Following your understanding of the postures you will then practice the postures into flowing sequences synchronised with the breath to music, including supported inversions, multiple lower back, inner thigh, hip & pelvic openers. These postures are all key to increase blood and energy flow directly to the various organs, muscles and pathways that support the reproductive system.
We also teach postures that women can use specifically after coitus to increase chances of conception to help calm the nervous system, relieve circulation in the legs, send blood to the pelvis, brain and relax the mind.
Other elements within Fertility Yoga Rhythm include : Guided Meditation with creative Visual Journeys, Positive Affirmations, Ayurvedic Food & Nutrition all specifically focusing on fertility.
Not only will you feel more relaxed, refreshed and energised you will also learn to establish a more loving connection with your body. Learn to respect, love and appreciate your body with Fertility Yoga Rhythm.
Only 12 people per workshop are allowed to be booked on at any one time as it is imperative to maintain a small and personal environment.
