Victoria Nieto
was a
member at Virgin
Active, Northampton
until she recently
moved back to her
home, Mexico
City…she enjoyed
Yoga Rhythm that
much she is now part
of the Yoga Rhythm
team teaching in
Mexico and is also
using her beautiful
artistic skills &
expertise into
helping create Yoga
Rhythm Clothing,
Equipment,
Accessories & is
currently helping
coordinate our
Teacher Training
Intensive Course for
this April in
Mexico!
Victoria has been
practicing Yoga for
more than 7yrs. She
started with books
and practicing on a
daily basis after
her morning jog at a
park in Mexico City.
It became part of
her life, her stress
relief and a mind
pacifier, it really
changed Victoria’s
life.
Victoria has taught
a mixture of Hatha
Yoga and stress
control in a small
gym at Mexico City,
where she used to
train Tae-Bo. She
has always done
sports and dancing.
Practicing Ballet,
Olympic Gymnastics
and Flamenco.
Victoria is also
trained in Reiki,
studied in Do-In
therapy, Qi Gong and
a Master in Oil
Painting, Ceramics
and Pottery.

What a creative
young lady!
Why does Victoria
teach?
This is a long &
enjoyable question
to answer. I just
smiled when I read
it. That’s what Yoga
does to me, or how
Yoga makes me feel.
It is a fulfilling
sensation that I
feel, love and enjoy
to share with
others.
I would say it is a
duty to share and
teach others all the
positive elements
and experiences that
I have learnt and
received from my
practice. My life
changed completely
when I started
practicing Yoga. I
think the least I
can do is to help
others to have the
opportunity to start
this magical inner
trip.
I started to feel
the physical
improvement, I began
to get an amazing
peace of mind and
stress relief.
The evolution and
changes in my spirit
were growing so fast
that people who knew
me began to see the
difference. And new
people just wanted
to work with or just
be around me because
I was a calm and
peaceful being. They
asked how I managed
that working stress
without going crazy
and being always
successful and
responsible in what
I was doing. I think
that sharing it has
made me grown even
more. It has ensured
the need to share it
more and to do one
thing that I really
love to do. Teach.
When I first got
into a Yoga Rhythm
class, I didn’t know
what it was. I had
very little
experience on
different classes.
So I started
thinking that it was
just ‘another’
class...until the
2nd movement, the
music got my soul. I
couldn’t stop
smiling, I couldn’t
stop feeling good,
energized, special.
My whole being was
taken somewhere else
and my body had
impressive
reactions.
When I reached the
warm and gentle
visualization
journeys I felt a
teardrop falling on
my cheek. And I knew
it was happiness. I
could feel my soul
in a complete
positive surrounding
in and outside
myself.
So I decided to go
and enjoy that
feeling as much as
possible and
discover that it was
a growing feeling.
Since then I have
never missed a
class.
I love music,
dancing, movement,
physical challenges
and above all Yoga.
So I just found the
perfect union!
I want to learn, to
share and to grow
along with others in
this life, to be a
better being in this
universe.
Patience. Strength.

We must be aware of
that, we have to
know it, to feel it,
to nourish it, to
take care of it & to

PATIENCE

Be patient with the
one in front of you,
be patient with
yourself.
OPTION
We have the option
in our hands, in our
mind, in us.
We can choose to
take care of it or
not to.
We can choose to be
happy or not to be.
We can choose to
take out the tension
or make it bigger.
THINK
Just think what you
want, we are what we
think, we are what
we feel, we are what
we do.
Change the way you
think today, change
the way you look at
yourself and the way
you see others.
We become what we
think.
CHANGE
Don’t be afraid to
change. Change is
movement. Change is
refreshing. Change
is choosing, is
having options.
Change is getting
rid of the old
things & thoughts to
make room for new
ones. Don’t try to
change the people
that surround you.
Learn to flow with
the universe, be a
part of it. Feel
yourself like a
piece of that whole
puzzle. You control
your life in this
universe.
RENEW
If we don’t empty
ourselves we won’t
be able to receive.
Remember new things
need room to get in
your life, in your
body, in your mind.
THOUGHTS
Let your thoughts
flow, whether they
are good or
bad. They will pass,
if you don’t let
them flow, they will
fill your mind and
block it.
