within?
Yoga Rhythm can
create a program to fit
within your schedule. As
well as 1:1 sessions
with your Yoga Rhythm
Teacher you will be
given worksheets & a DVD
to practice in your own
time.
You will also have the
opportunity to learn
about nutrition, health
tips, postures to
strengthen certain areas
of your body that may
have been weakened
during pregnancy such as
your core & lower back.
Enjoy routines with
postures that help
improve your blood
circulation, energy
levels and immune system
allowing you to remain
strong, positive and
energised to attend to
your baby at any given
time.
We offer 6hr, 12hr or
18hr blocks.
