I started practicing yoga over 8 years ago and it stuck with me, as soon as I started practicing yoga I knew I would never stop, it made me feel great, energized, balanced and happy. I wanted to share this with EVERYONE, so I trained (in teaching adults and children) and began to teach.

I teach Yoga Rhythm (for aged 7+) to inspire people, I love to help others and see people progress. I encourage everyone to come and try this fun dynamic way to practice yoga. I enjoying showing people that everyone can do yoga and that yoga is fun; it is a personal journey.

The music within the routines helps the mind to relax and go with the rhythm. Most of all I find it great fun and I love to practice it, it makes me feel happy and leaves me feeling positive and smiling. This is what I aim to give to others, happiness and a fun!!

I am passionate about yoga and I know that it can help everyone no matter what age, size or physical ability.

Yoga Rhythm for me filled a gap that was missing within my own practice, it is faster paced than hatha yoga, it uses music within the routines (which makes it flow beautifully) and most of all because it is great fun and I love it, it makes me feel happy and leaves me smiling.

For the younger ones (2  years to 7 years) classes are imaginative, fun and exciting. Children learn about the sounds they can make, breathing techniques, yoga postures, what animals they can act out and gentle relaxation - all in a way that children can relate to.

Feel inspired to try one of Marion's classes?
